Refunds Policy

🔄 Returns

Our return policy lasts 8 days from the date of delivery. If more than 8 days have passed, we’re unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • In the original packaging

A return shipping fee of $5.99 USD will be charged for all returns.

All returns must be sent to the address provided by our support team.
Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
  • Personal or hygiene items
  • Hazardous or flammable products
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software
  • Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

In some cases, partial refunds may be given, such as:

  • Items showing clear signs of use
  • Opened media (CDs, DVDs, games, etc.)
  • Items not in original condition
  • Damaged or missing parts (not caused by us)
  • Items returned after the 8-day period

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

We will inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and sent back to your original payment method within a few business days.


⏳ Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account
  • Then contact your credit card company (it may take time to post)
  • Then contact your bank (processing delays can happen)
